Police say one of two people have been arrested in the brutal attack of a Bronx man last week that was all caught on video.

Investigators say Luis Rivera, 22, is charged with second degree assault.

He is scheduled to be arraigned later this week.

The victim, identified as Fernando Levano, 37, is seen on video being suckerpunched and falling near Aqueduct Avenue and Buchanan Place in University Heights back on June 18.

After the attackers walk away, another group comes over and removes his cellphone and ID, according to police.

The video also captured who police say is at least one of the original attackers taking cellphone pictures of the victim.

Levano was taken to the hospital with a fractured skull.

Police have not released a motive for the attack.

They are still looking for the second man in the video.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
