Police are investigating a gruesome discovery near Riverside Drive in Harlem.
Investigators say they found a man's body in a wooded area near West 147th Street Wednesday night.
Sources tell NY1 the body was badly decomposed.
No word yet on the man's identity.
The Medical Examiner is working to determine his cause of death.
