The city settled with federal prosecutors Monday over a year-long probe into the city's public housing.

Prosecutors describing NYCHA as an organization where there was systemic misconduct and mismanagement, and an organization that attempted to cover up its negligence in fixing potentially dangerous living situations for 400,000 residents.
