New rape allegations have surfaced against disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, and one accuser says she has video evidence.

Melissa Thompson says she met Weinstein at his Manhattan office in 2011.

She says she turned on her computer's video recording capability to help demonstrate internet technology she was trying to sell him.

The lawsuit alleges the video captured Weinstein making sexual advances.

She says he agreed to make a deal, but wanted to meet her for a drink later at a Manhattan hotel.

She says he led her to a room, where he held her down and raped her.

Thompson says she never reported it out of fear for her safety and career.

Two other women also made claims in the lawsuit. They are seeking unspecified damages.

A lawyer for Weinstein says the case lacks merit.

Weinstein is currently free on $1 million bail.

He will be back in court on June 5.
