A Manhattan attorney is apologizing for a racist rant against restaurant employees.

Via Twitter, Aaron Schlossberg says seeing the video of his rant against Hispanic workers opened his eyes, and he says the manner in which he expressed himself was unacceptable.

Schlossberg says he is not a racist, and that he moved to New York City because of the diversity.

The video of him berating employees at a Fresh Kitchen restaurant because they spoke Spanish went viral.

It sparked backlash on his professional pages online, and prompting demonstrations outside his apartment building.
