There could be political life beyond Syracuse for former Mayor Stephanie Miner.
The former mayor formed a new campaign account Monday changing her campaign account from "Miner for Mayor" to "Miner for NY."
According to a tweet from Miner Monday, the change would allow her “to continue to engage New Yorkers on issues that matter."
The move is seen by many as a hint that she is considering a run for governor.
The creation of the new campaign committee means Miner can begin collecting political contributions.
