FAYETTEVILLE -- A motorcyclist is in critical condition following a crash in Fayetteville Saturday.

Police responded to the crash on Raeford Road near Executive Place.

They say a motorcycle was trying to turn left when it collided with a Nissan.

The driver of the motorcycle has been identified as Lisa Horne of Parkton.

She is in critical condition at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The driver of the Nissan, identified as Richard Taylor of Saint Pauls, was not injured.

The Fayetteville Police Department's Traffic Unit is investigating the crash.
