Three people were injured Tuesday afternoon when a car slammed into construction scaffolding in Manhattan, according to officials.

Twitter video, seen above, shows the scene in the afternoon on 2nd Ave. and 122nd St. in East Harlem.

Police said the 55-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle before the crash.

He and two pedestrians, ages 86 and 42, were taken to Harlem Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.

Police are investigating what caused the driver to lose control.
