Mayor Bill de Blasio was greeted with protesters Monday morning in Brooklyn.

Police officers and their supporters gathered outside the mayor's gym in Park Slope for a rally organized by the Patrolemens Benevolent Association.

The PBA says it wants to call attention to what it calls de Blasio's "anti-labor record" and says the mayor keeps making bad faith offers in negotiations over a new contract.

They are asking for a fair contract with a market-rate of pay and cost-reasonable benefits.

"We're worth more than zeros. We brought this city back. We keep it safe from terrorism and crime. Pay us what we're worth. We're the lowest paid police department across this country. That's just wrong," said PBA President Pat Lynch.

The PBA announced it looks to enter binding arbitration with the city.

NY1 reached out to the mayor's office for comment.
