A teen who claims two NYPD detectives raped her in the back of a police van says hospital records prove she was handcuffed at the time.

Medical records obtained by NY1 show the 19-year-old had scratches on the top of both hands following the alleged attack in September. She says they were caused by handcuffs.

Detectives Eddie Martins and Richard Hall had arrested her for marijuana possession. They say the sex was consensual and that she was not handcuffed.

They pleaded not guilty to charges of rape, sex assault, bribery and coercion.

Last week, Governor Andrew Cuomo said he wants to make it illegal for police officers to have sex with people in their custody.
