LOCKHART, Texas — Lockhart Independent School District Public Information Officer Christina Courson on Tuesday reported a teacher and coach has been placed on leave following complaints.
The school district has not detailed the nature of the complaints made about Lockhart High School teacher and coach Zach Underwood, but did say law enforcement and the State Board of Educator Certification have been notified.
Underwood is a football coach. The district said further information couldn’t be immediately provided because the complaints are under investigation.
