A local outreach program is addressing the national headline: Gun violence in America.

SNUG Poughkeepsie is hosting a panel discussion today at Vassar College -- A "Teach In on Gun Violence."

Organizers said the event is open to students and community members.

This is taking place at the Rosenwald Film Theater between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
