Two Brooklyn teens are under arrest after police say they threatened to shoot up their Windsor Terrace high school.

Administrators at Brooklyn Prospect Charter School were alerted after the two 16-year-olds posted the threats on Snapchat Wednesday afternoon.

Police were informed by the next morning.

Students say they were on high alert when they saw cop cars outside their school — especially in the wake of Wednesday's mass shooting.

"That's really stupid 'cause we just had an incident in Florida," said one student.

"I heard the news yesterday and it kind of scared me a little bit cause there are a lot of school shootings happening," said another. "So I feel like, Yeah I was cautious."

"Everybody is a good kid. Everybody messes up sometimes," said a third.

One of the boys turned himself in, while the other was arrested at his home.

Both are charged with making terroristic threats and criminal possession of a weapon.
