A million dollar surprise is in store for a lucky lotto winner in Tompkins County.
A Mega Millions second-prize ticket was sold in Dryden, and it's worth $1 million.
It was purchased at the Rite Aid store at 11 Main Street East.
The winner has not come forward to earn their winnings.
