GREENSBORO -- President Donald Trump recognized a North Carolina organization during his March for Life rally in the nation's capital.

Marianne Donadio runs Room at the Inn, located in Greensboro.

The nonprofit provides shelter, food, clothing and case management for women in need.

"She joined with others in her community to start a community home to care for homeless women who were pregnant. That's great. They named it Room at the Inn. Today Marianne and her husband, Don, are the parents of six beautiful children, and her eldest son Benedict and her daughter Maria join us here today,” said Trump.

The Room at the Inn's website claims to have helped more than 400 women.
