BUFFALO, NY -- Rallying in Buffalo Common Council Chambers, Mayor Byron Brown extended a bet to Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry.

"We are betting some of our great Buffalo beer. It's from Flying Bison Brewery, and it is Buffalo IPA beer. We were also going to bet some chicken wings, but we are confident we're not going to have to send them, so we're going to let the people assembled in the council chamber eat them right now," said Brown, D-Buffalo.

Curry says if the Jaguars lose, they will also send a local IPA, Intuition Ale, and sandwiches from Firehouse Subs.

At another Bills rally, employees and patients at Erie County Medical Center were dancing in the lobby. ECMC CEO Tom Quatroche says with the Bills ending their 17-season playoff drought, he wanted to do something fun.

"A lot of us are Western New Yorkers, we've been here all our lives, and this is just really exciting," Quatroche said. "We're actually going to be handing out things to our patients on Sunday to really get in the spirit, and really just rally and push for the Bills to win on Sunday."

Quatroche says a lot of patients came down and shared stories of loved ones, and their connection to the team.
