The multi-million-dollar sale of Brooklyn’s Spring Creek Towers, better known as Starrett City, is set to go through.

The buyer, Brooksville Company, says a judge ruled in favor of the $905 million sale of the nation’s largest federally subsidized housing complex.

This comes after shareholders filed for an injunction to block the move.

But the judge said the shareholders failed to prove they would suffer irreparable harm from the sale.

The East New York development, where President Trump is a minority stakeholder, has more than 5,000 apartments across 50 buildings.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development must now approve the sale to ensure the apartments stay affordable.

That process could take several months.
