RALEIGH -- 2017 was an undeniably busy year for North Carolina Governor, Roy Cooper. 

Cooper, who officially became governor in January, sat down with Capital Tonight host, Tim Boyum, to discuss his first calendar year in office.

Among the topics discussed were Cooper's accomplishments, as well as concerns he still has for the Tar Heel State. A brief summary of these can be seen below.
