An Albany County jury will continue deliberations Wednesday in the Brian Tromans case. Closing arguments were heard Tuesday morning.

Tromans is accused of hitting and killing national guardsman Master Sergeant Rudolph Seabron of Oneida County on Watervliet-Shaker Road in January. The defense argues Tromans thought he hit a deer that night. But the prosecution says there is no way he can deny he hit and killed a person.

The charge of criminally negligent homicide was dropped against Tromans on Monday. Jurors are considering charges of leaving the scene of an incident without reporting and tampering with physical evidence.
