The Florida soccer coach accused of running away with a teenage girl now faces a child sex charge.

Rian Rodriguez and the 17-year-old girl were eventually arrested in the Town of Salina.

Rodriguez was originally arrested and charged with interfering with child custody. A station in Jacksonville, Florida says he has now been charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor, a second-degree felony.

If convicted, Rodriguez faces a maximum of 30 years in prison.

If he makes the $125,000 bond set, WJXT reports Rodriguez cannot have contact with the teenage victim, or her family or any other minors.

He also has to surrender his passport and will have to wear a GPS monitor.
