City police are searching for a man they say exposed himself to a woman on the subway before he groped her.

Police said Saturday morning that the man seen above was on a southbound E train Monday around 8 p.m. and exposed his private parts to the 20-year-old woman.

Police said that as the train entered the Chambers Street subway station, the victim left the train car and starting walking up the stairs.

The man then approached her from behind and put his hand under her skirt and groped her before running away, according to officials.

The man is described as being in his mid-30s with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a black jacket, a grey-hooded sweatshirt, and tan pants.
