The mother of a teen seriously hurt in a hit-and-run in Queens is suing the driver.

Prosecutors say Keith Richard ran over 17-year-old Christopher Miraba three times after Miraba allegedly threw eggs at Richard's car in Long Island City Halloween night.

Miraba's skull and spine were fractured.

"This man has to pay for what he has done," said the boy's mother Maria Miraba. "He has to be held accountable for what he has done. As my son is in a bed fighting for his life mental state that he is going to be okay. It's unbelievable; I don't wish this on anybody."

Richard faces several charges, including attempted murder, vehicular assault, and leaving the scene of an accident.

He could face up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
