A fifth person faces murder charges in the death of an aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo.

The Brooklyn District Attorney says Stanley Elianor was one of several rival gang members who fired shots at the Ebbets Field Houses in Crown Heights two years ago.

43-year-old Carey Gabay was shot in the head in the melee and died a week later.

The shooting happened on Labor Day during J'Ouvert, an early morning street party that precedes the West Indian Day Parade.

Four other people have already been charged in Gabay's death.
