Roads are wet and slick across the region Monday morning.

There is localized ponding on many major roadways.

Wind gusts are expected to increase throughout the morning.  They could be anywhere from 30 to 40 miles per hour, in some places closer to Lake Ontario they could top 50 miles per hour.
