Police are searching for a man they said shot a woman while riding a scooter on the Lower East Side on Sunday morning.
It happened around 4:50 a.m. on Rivington St. near Ludlow St.
The man seen above shot the woman in her shoulder before he fled on an electric scooter, the city police department said.
The 26-year-old victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
