Police are searching for two men they said are responsible for a Bronx robbery that resulted in their victim jumping out a window to escape.

It happened around 3:55 a.m. on Sept. 28 at a home near Wheeler and Watson Avenues in Soundview, according to officials.

The men seen in the surveillance video, part of which can be seen above, broke in, showed two guns, and demanded money, police said.

When the 39-year-old victim told them he did not have any, one of the robbers fired two shots, according to the city police department.

The victim was not hit, but he suffered a broken pelvis, ankle, and wrist after jumping out of a second-story window.

Police said the men drove off in a red four-door Honda Accord with jewelry and clothing.
