A lawyer for a young woman, who said two NYPD officers raped her in lieu of arresting her after a traffic stop in Brooklyn, is demanding arrests.

The 18-year-old claims she and two friends were pulled over by an unmarked van at a park in Gravesend on Sep. 15.

She said the officers found prescription pills in the vehicle, handcuffed her, and brought her to a Chipotle parking lot, where she said one of the detectives raped her.

The victim's lawyer said they are not sure why no arrests have been made.

"They should've been arrested that night. They've been ID'd several times," lawyer Michael David said "One of the detectives has been ID'd. This was a vicious, vicious crime, and something should be done."

"If this case turns out to be that it actually happened, it's — again goes to the trust we've been trying to build over the last three years, so I'd be extremely disappointed," NYPD Commissioner James O'Neill said.

The NYPD said it is investigating the allegations and placed the detectives and their sergeant on modified duty.
