NY1 VIDEO: After being hit with bipartisan criticism from Capitol Hill lawmakers, the Trump administration announced Wednesday it's loosening shipment rules to hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico. Lawmakers said an obscure, almost century-old rule was getting in the way of basic supplies getting to the island. But the White House is defending the timing of the decision, which took more than a week to make. Our Washington D.C. bureau reporter Alberto Pimienta has the story.
