Police arrested the man they say is behind a deadly stabbing in Brooklyn, all over a parking space.

Djem Jean-Paul, 41, was caught at JFK Airport trying to escape to Haiti, according to the NYPD.

The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. Sunday on 73rd Street between Avenue L and Avenue M in Bergen Beach.

Police say 23-year-old Omari Dahan and his brother were arguing with Jean-Paul and another man about a parking spot when Jean-Paul stabbed Dahan in the chest.

Dahan's brother was stabbed in the arm.

Both were taken to Beth Israel Hospital where Dahan died.

His brother is in stable condition.

Jean-Paul is facing manslaughter, assault and criminal possession of a weapon charges.
