A homeless man is now facing several charges in connection with a string of taxi robberies in Manhattan.

Police say surveillance video from July 25 shows 50-year-old Bryant White riding a bike alongside a taxi in Union Square.

He then reaches into the window, grabs money from the driver's pocket and pedals away.

Police say he's responsible for at least seven identical robberies around the borough since late June.

NY1 talked with a taxi driver earlier this week who says White tried to rob him, too.

"The guy, same guy, he's on bicycle, right," the driver said. "Weather was nice, so I open my window. I'm driving like this, so he came. Same shirt, you know, same shirt, and he take out my money. But luckily, I got my money. He did not get any."

White's bail was set at $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond.

He's due back in court next week.
