Six people were hurt, including two critically, after a van plowed into pedestrians and a car Saturday night before landing in a pond in Queens.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. near 143rd Avenue and Brookville Boulevard in Rosedale.

After the driver hit pedestrians and a car, officials say he went off the road, onto some grass and then into a pond in Brookville Park.

Witnesses described the wild scene.

"He hit two people that I saw, and one woman flew up into the air, landed on the ground, and the van just mowed right over her," said one witness

"That was the really shocking thing. I seen the body fly out the car and just go in the air, drop. I was in shock after that one," said another. "I didn't see exactly where exited the vehicle. All I saw was the body come out the car."

Authorities say a 19-year-old is among the two victims who suffered life-threatening injuries.

The driver was taken into custody, but it's unclear if he's been charged.
