Charges are pending against a man police say attacked two women at a park in Queens earlier this week.
The first incident took place Tuesday night inside Kissena Corridor Park in Flushing.
Police said that around 11 p.m., 29-year-old Charles Tobin grabbed a 32-year-old woman at knifepoint and demanded money.
They said after she gave him $50, Tobin took her to a wooded area and forced her to perform a sex act and then raped her.
The woman went to Bellevue Hospital, where she was treated and released.
On Wednesday, police said the attacker forced a 17-year-old woman to perform a sex act.
Police said Tobin was arrested Thursday. He faces charges that include rape, sex abuse, and criminal possession of a weapon.
An investigation is ongoing.
