A 26-year-old is facing assault charges, two weeks after a Brooklyn man was punched while riding a bicycle and put in a coma.
Police say Gary Andersen punched 38 year-old Domingo Diego-Tapia as he was making his way along Fulton Street near Albany Avenue around 1:30 the morning of June 8.
Diego-Tapia hit the ground and suffered severe head trauma.
Cops say the attack appears to be unprovoked.
