Police: A Trio's Tryst Leads to Fatal Brooklyn Stabbing

Police say a sexual encounter between three people led to a deadly stabbing in Park Slope.

Investigators say they found 20-year-old Manos Ikonomidis with a stab wound to his chest at an apartment building on 16th Street just after 4 a.m. Monday.

He was rushed to Methodist Hospital, where he died. 

Police say the victim was involved in a sexual act with a woman and her boyfriend when a dispute broke out.

Sources tell NY1 the woman was upset and later contacted three people who killed the man.

Police are questioning the other man involved.

No arrests have been made.
