A popular subway performer is about to hit the big time.
Alice Tan Ridley has been singing in Times Square subway station for decades.
She's been invited to sing the National Anthem at Yankee Stadium today, during the game between the New York City Football Club and Atlanta United.
She says the opportunity is a dream come true.
"I'm so happy that they invited me to come and sing the National Anthem for them — I mean like who gets that every day, any day, not too many people."
The 64-year-old released her most recent album last year.
