NEW YORK - The Museum of Natural History got out its long brooms and vacuums for a whale of a cleanup Wednesday.

The museum's iconic blue whale received its annual scrubdown.

At 94 feet long and 21,000 pounds, it's the largest model of the biggest animal to ever live on the planet.

The model has been one of the museum's most popular attractions since it was installed in 1969.
