Police released surveillance video of the man they say shot four people while biking down a Chelsea street.
Investigators say Saturday morning at about 3:30, the man seen in the video pulled up to a group of four men on his bike, shot them, and rode off.
They were standing in front of a deli on 14th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues.
Police say three of the victims, all in the 40s, were shot multiple times and were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A fourth man suffered a graze wound to his back but refused medical attention.
Police say it is unclear whether the victims knew each other or the shooter.
