Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Queens.
It happened on 144th Avenue and 227th Street in Laurelton around 8:30 Sunday morning.
Investigators say the gunman was waiting inside a car when he walked over to two men sitting in another car, and opened fire.
They say a 38-year-old man was shot twice in the head and later died at Jamaica Hospital
A 40-year-old man who was hit in the torso was also taken to the hospital; where he is listed in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
