Police need your help identifying a man they say was found unconscious and bleeding from his head in Brooklyn.
Investigators said paramedics found the man on East 15th St. near Avenue H in Ditmas Park around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
He is suffering from a nasal fracture, a broken clavicle, and bleeding on his brain.
Officials said he is still in very serious condition, and are not sure how or why he was beat up.
Police said he is about 40 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighing about 150 pounds.
