The FDNY has set up a foundation to help the daughter of recently-killed firefighter William Tolley.

All contributions to the William N. Tolley's Children's Educational Fund will go directly to Tolley's 8-year-old daughter, according to the fire department.

Tolley, 42, died Thursday after he fell five stories while responding to an apartment fire in Ridgewood, Queens.

The 14-year department veteran also leaves behind a wife.

Investigators said burning incense caused the two-alarm fire to which Tolley responded.

Hundreds gathered Friday to pay their respects to Tolley as purple and black bunting was draped outside his stationhouse in Glendale.

A wake is schedule to take place next Tuesday and Wednesday on Long Island.

Tolley's funeral is set for Thursday.
