Police are on the hunt for two people they say broke into a Brooklyn synagogue Sunday, then beat and robbed the caretaker.
It happened around 5 a.m. at Beth Menachem Mendel on Avenue J near East 17th Street in Midwood.
Police say the pair attacked the worker with a garden tool, then stole his laptop, phone, $300 and credit cards.
