Police are looking for a man they say posed as a police officer trying to raise money for charity.
Authorities say the man seen in the above surveillance video entered the New Milestone Preschool in Long Island City just before noon on February 28.
He allegedly displayed NYPD identification and tried to solicit funds for charity, then left.
Police describe the man as being in his 40s, 6 feet tall and 180 pounds.
