NYPD Seeks Driver of SUV Involved in Hit-and-Run Collision that left a 76-Year-Old Cyclist in Critical Condition

A hit-and-run collision in Queens Friday night left a 76-year-old cyclist in critical condition.

Police say the car in this surveillance video hit an elderly man riding his bike at the intersection of Colden Street and Elder Avenue in Flushing.

The driver then fled towards Franklin Avenue and onto Kissena Boulevard.

It happened at around 5:30 Friday evening.

The 76-year-old victim was rushed to the hospital for head trauma

Investigators describe the car as a teal-colored Honda CRV.
