An investigation is underway after a man made anti-Hispanic remarks and attacked a 60-year-old woman with an umbrella in Queens, according to the city police department.

It happened on 31st St. near Ditmars Blvd. around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said the victim had just left a Key Food supermarket and was heading home when a man approached her.

He ran off towards the Ditmars Blvd. subway station after he attacked her, officials said.

The victim suffered a minor cut to her finger.

Police said the man they are looking for is about 60 years old, and was last seen wearing a green coat and beige pants.
