Governor Andrew Cuomo says cashless tolls are coming to the Rockaways.

Starting on April 30, for drivers without an E-ZPass, sensors and cameras will read license plates, and bills will be sent home to the owner.

This is all part of the state's plan to reduce traffic congestion around the five boroughs.

Drivers who still have tokens are being encouraged to sign up for E-ZPass, and will be eligible for a reimbursement.

The Henry Hudson Bridge, the Battery Tunnel and the Queens Midtown Tunnel have already installed cashless tolls.
