49 alleged gang members from the Bronx are facing federal charges.

Prosecutors say they are from two separate drug-trafficking organizations that operate throughout several neighborhoods in the Bronx.

Under a pair of indictments unsealed Wednesday, the defendants face charges for narcotics, robbery, and firearm offenses.

Four of them have also been accused of killing a man at a Bronx barbershop last December.

Several of the accused could face life in prison if they are found guilty.
