Jury deliberations wrapped up for the day Monday in the retrial of Pedro Hernandez.

He's the man accused of killing Etan Patz nearly 40 years ago.

The panel has been at it since Wednesday.

So far, jurors have asked the judge for a list of all the admitted exhibits and hours’ worth of testimony read backs.

Prosecutors say Hernandez confessed several times on video to killing 6-year-old Patz and told multiple people over the years that he killed someone.

But his defense attorney claims Hernandez is mentally ill and that the confessions were coerced.

Patz disappeared while on the way to school in 1979 as he was walking to a bus stop in SoHo.

His body has never been found.

Hernandez worked at a bodega nearby at the time.

His first trial ended in a hung jury nearly two years ago.
