An affordable housing lottery is underway in the Bronx with 120 units up for grabs.
Dozens of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments are available at Compass Residences 2A in Crotona Park East.
Individuals earning around $30,000 a year are eligible, along with up to six-person households making less than $44,000.
The application deadline is April 24.
