Valentine's Day may be over, but the flower power is just getting started at the New York Botanical Garden.

The 15th annual Orchid Show opens in the Bronx this weekend.

This year celebrates the natural beauty of flowers from Thailand.

The southeast Asian country is the world's leading exporter of orchids.

It's home to more than 1,200 varieties.

"There's something for everybody. Forms and textures and colors, and scientifically, from a scientific perspective, they're just fantastic plants evolutionarily and just from an aesthetic point of view. Just beautiful," said Christian Primeau, the show's designer.

The exhibit opens on Saturday and runs through April 9.
