In the week ending on New Years Day, it scored, collectively nearly $49.7 million.
That's the highest-grossing week ever.
Many of the 33 ongoing productions also set individual records, including Jersey Boys, which is scheduled to end its run next week.
360,000 people attended Broadway shows in the last week of 2016.
